About the role
- Cross-service brief intake, specification and enrichment with business partners and/or other IMS roles (e.g. experts).
- Cross-service project plan development, including goals, business needs, service scope and requirements, team composition, timeline & milestones and budget.
- Planning and management of projects throughout the entire life cycle until final acceptance, including management of change requests and prioritization according to defined processes and requirements.
- Gathering of approvals and feedback from IMS business partner served in the requests. Approval / rejection of request based on feasibility.
- Break-down into one-brief-requests to accommodate individual service needs.
- Service request ticket and sub-ticket preparation and briefing of IMS service teams according to project plan.
- Attendance at kick-off meetings organized by IMS business partners.
- Operational contact for a specific cross-service request towards IMS teams and determined business partner.
- E2E coordination & project management for cross-service requests, from briefing, to planning, production & publishing.
- Coordination with Center Operation Leads on timelines, team composition, risk mitigation.
- Provide status management and project communications.
- Establishment of operational checkpoints, alignment meetings and reviews between business partners & IMS.
- Handling of operational dependencies and blockers to ensure seamless coordination throughout the process.
- Proactively contact markets for top-down projects.
- Deduction of ‘lessons learned’ and debriefs and frame optimization recommendations.
- Management of all stakeholders (IMS partners and delivery teams) along the entire project life cycle.
- Suggest to business on additional needs or required changes to brief.
Requirements
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Solid marketing knowledge and background
- Good stakeholder management skills
- French speaker as a nice to have
- Detail oriented personality with the ability to orchestrate multiple projects at the same time and sense for prioritization.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, updates, and project status clearly and effectively.
- Understanding of and practical experience with E2E digital marketing processes, consumer engagement, search, e-commerce, content, CRM, D2D, design, branding, social media and marketing analytics and the related channels.
- Understand marketing technology & project management tools. Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Approachable personality that easily connects with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Jira a definite plus
