About the role

  • Assist the Supply & Demand Manager in preparing for Monthly Business Planning (MBP) and Dynamic Forecast (DF) processes
  • Monitor and manage stocks at risk to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with Regulatory Affairs registration processes for all new product launches
  • Support the Market Trade team in validating stock availability based on purchase orders (POs) from trade partners
  • Coordinate with Trade Area Managers to ensure the availability of tasting capsules
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with internal stakeholders, including Logistics, Procurement, Commercial (B2C, B2B, Trade), Marketing, and Finance
  • Create new SKUs and bundle codes in the ERP system, ensuring accurate stock levels
  • Oversee the clearance of obsolete and non-moving stock
  • Track and manage bad goods costs, collaborating with all relevant areas to identify root causes and develop action plans
  • Ensure that the In-Transit report is updated to provide visibility on shipment ETA and volumes
  • Ensure timely product launches and meet stock availability targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in forecasting
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Understanding of the business environment and how personal contributions impact overall goals
  • Capability to manage, report, and comment on business KPIs
  • Project management skills and a results-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Initiative and resourcefulness in addressing challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and cooperation
