About the role

  • Responsible for financial reporting, costing, inventory management, internal control, and performance reporting at the facility.
  • Work collaboratively across departments within the factory and across the business.
  • Monitor reporting and data accuracy through strong accounting processes.
  • Oversee factory financial control measures including compliant controls programs, reporting, and safeguarding of assets.
  • Maintain, coordinate, and report budgets for the Miami factory and warehouse.
  • Provide guidance to the Factory Management Team including conducting special financial studies and performance measures.
  • Manage and direct the Factory Accounting Team, providing feedback and evaluation of progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 4+ years’ experience working with General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Internal Controls, Budgeting, and Compliance Management in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, military, or related environment.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience.
