About the role

  • Lead the team
  • Ensure the best possible working atmosphere to create a motivating work environment and support team development
  • Coach the team and act as a role model in sales processes through active presence on the sales floor to advise customers and sell products

  • Maintain the customer database carefully
  • Communicate with service providers to ensure smooth boutique operations (security, premises cleanliness, maintenance)
  • Ensure adequate stock levels and check deliveries
  • Responsible for compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations
  • Achieve sales and profit targets as set out in the annual budget

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in retail, food service, hospitality or a comparable industry with responsibility for employees
  • Degree from a University of Applied Sciences and/or completed commercial vocational training
  • Several years of experience in leading and motivating teams
  • Initial experience with inventory management processes and cash handling
  • Experience with budget responsibility, finance and relevant KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Empathy and strong ability to build intercultural relationships with employees and customers
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
