About the role

  • Monitor and handle daily carrier cases/complaints related to additional charges (via Pipefy and email);
  • Conduct meetings with carriers and market stakeholders via Microsoft Teams or in person;
  • Lead monthly training sessions;
  • Manage tickets in Galileu and submit creation requests in ME;
  • Hold daily and weekly meetings (DOR and WOR) and propose process improvement actions for the area;
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to align SLA expectations and define action plans for unmet targets;
  • Extract datasets for the team's BI updates;
  • Monitor activity volumes and report status to the supervisor;
  • Troubleshoot problems and handle incidents of low and high complexity;

Requirements

  • High school diploma or currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel);
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement and agile tools/methodologies;
  • Clear and concise communication skills;
  • Experience with SAP, Galileu, and ME systems is a plus;
  • English and/or Spanish language skills are a plus;
