About the role
- Manage several sourcing and E2E processes for Nestle markets across Zone Europe
- Manage relationship with local teams and hiring managers
- Follow the service governance established in each market
- Act as an advisor to markets in best recruitment strategies as well as preparing insights relative to market needs
Requirements
- Fluency in German in English and German is mandatory (both written and oral)
- Fluency in Dutch is a big plus
- Strong knowledge of E2E recruitment process (since job ad until offer stage)
- Good Stakeholder management skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience with Linkedin Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Insights will be valued
- Overall Business understanding
- Standard knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
- Understanding of compliance in Talent Acquisition and basic knowledge of recruiting laws
