About the role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various business areas, ensuring high-quality hires and a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Actively participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process flow, aligned with internal policies and procedures
- Analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and address any challenges
Requirements
- Experience in Recruitment and Selection / Talent Acquisition
- Experience with high-volume hiring and/or recruiting for manufacturing/industrial roles
- Advanced English required
- Knowledge of talent sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Pandapé, Oportunidades Especiais, among others)
- Intermediate Excel (preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.
