About the role

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various business areas, ensuring high-quality hires and a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Actively participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives and continuous improvement projects
  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process flow, aligned with internal policies and procedures
  • Analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and address any challenges

Requirements

  • Experience in Recruitment and Selection / Talent Acquisition
  • Experience with high-volume hiring and/or recruiting for manufacturing/industrial roles
  • Advanced English required
  • Knowledge of talent sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Pandapé, Oportunidades Especiais, among others)
  • Intermediate Excel (preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.
