About the role
- Build relationships with customers who have a Nestlé Ice Cream account
- Support the process of bringing new accounts on board
- Collaborate cross functionally with other departments
- Manage business relations and build trusting relationships with Nestlé’s customers
- Present to Leadership at end of term to showcase intern experience
Requirements
- Fully fluent in French & English (written and verbal)
- Enrolled in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year program, preferably in a business-related discipline
- Pro-active thinker & problem solver
- Superior telephone manner with demonstrated customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience in Power BI is considered an asset
