About the role

  • Monitor fixed & variable COGS, trade spend expenses, distribution costs, MOGES, marketing and overheads; deliver monthly variance analysis and clear actions
  • Lead dynamic forecasting on owned cost lines; ensure accurate outlooks and timely updates
  • Spot inconsistencies in actuals (e.g., transfer pricing issues, abnormal variances) and drive corrective actions with stakeholders
  • Monitor statutory P&L for 2 legal entities and ensure adequate costing methodology execution
  • Simplify processes and analytics; build clear, pragmatic ways of working
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (including but not limited to factory controlling, supply chain, and sales controlling) to ensure alignment and impact

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in finance & control (costing, factory controlling, overheads or cogs exposure is a plus)
  • Advanced excel and sap skills; PowerPoint intermediate; PowerBI (report-builder) can be a plus
  • Problem solver with a builder mindset; simplifies complexity and proposes efficiency actions without excessive guidance
  • Strong analytical skills and clear communication; turns analysis into “so what” and recommendations
  • Collaborative and assertive; able to challenge constructively across functions
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
