About the role

  • Lead the channel thinking of the commercial team
  • Taking responsibility for developing and implementing channel strategies with a horizon of 12-36 months
  • Support Marketing in developing category strategies with a horizon of 12-36 months
  • Develop the Point of Purchase strategies and standards for each Channel Category
  • To ensure compliance/provide support to all quality related activities identified in the NQMS Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions
  • Monitor & review results

Requirements

  • 5+ years business managerial experience within sales/marketing, trade marketing or commercial functions
  • Category product Knowledge (+ Category analysis)
  • Preferably with Trade Marketing/CCSD experience
  • Demonstrated business planning & implementation skills (Project Management)
  • Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Financial implication and awareness (P&L statement, supply chain reports etc)
