About the role

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights on COGS, cost of production, distribution costs, and transfer pricing
  • Lead quarterly calculation and analysis of ACE, DFs, FFOH, depreciation, and distribution costs
  • Oversee period-end closing, ensuring precise calculation of actual costs and compliance with Nestlé standards
  • Provide ad hoc analysis for business units, support CapEx decisions, and deliver relevant inputs for transfer pricing and export studies
  • Drive and participate in cost optimization and benchmarking projects, both locally and above-market
  • Mentor and develop the costing team, fostering growth through project participation, workshops, and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance (Factory, Supply Chain, or Sales Controller roles preferred)
  • Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry preferred
  • Proficiency in English
  • SAP and advanced Excel skills highly valued
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of business processes, internal controls, and IT systems supporting E2E finance
  • Knowledge of local tax legislation and reporting guidelines.
