About the role

  • Supply planning & availability: Monitor product delivery status and ensure national and international product availability.
  • Production & logistics planning: Plan and coordinate the loading and shipment of finished goods within the international network and support production planning for German Nestlé sites and external manufacturers.
  • Systems & processes: Become familiar with and apply SAP R/3 and APO in the context of planning processes.
  • Collaboration: Project-based cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement and the plants at national and international level.
  • Business support: Actively participate in business meetings and support the planning department as a full team member.
  • Analysis & reporting: Perform analyses using Excel to support future business decisions.

Requirements

  • Education: Enrolled in Business/Economics, Engineering or a comparable degree program for at least two semesters – alternatively in a gap year between Bachelor’s and Master’s.
  • Subject knowledge: Solid theoretical knowledge in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
  • Work style: Responsible, independent and team-oriented.
  • Analytical skills: Structured and analytical approach to work.
  • Tools: Prior experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Languages: Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
