About the role
- Drive Nestlé’s business outcomes in your assigned territory by efficiently managing distribution, sales processes, and trade relationships
- Ensure product availability across all relevant channels
- Plan and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets, including setting targets for each distributor
- Monitor distributor overhead expenses and profitability (ROI)
- Manage distribution setup and lead secondary sales force deployment
- Implement trade and consumer activations, merchandising and visibility programs
- Ensure distributor compliance with company-defined roles, processes and responsibilities
- Ensure accurate execution of sales, discount and trading terms
- Train and develop the secondary sales force
- Conduct performance evaluations of secondary sales personnel
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, flexibility, resourcefulness, innovativeness, poise, and confidence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–5 years of field sales experience in FMCG/FMCD
- Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution management
- Ability to develop and maintain strong trade and distributor relationships
- Proven experience in achieving business targets and driving execution
- Good command over communication, analytics and problem-solving
- Ability to lead and motivate secondary sales teams in dynamic environments
