About the role
- Develop and communicate key priorities and targets for the sales organization
- Drive the Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy by establishing, nurturing, and expanding strategic partnerships
- Propose and follow up on regional actions, promotions, and trade fairs to achieve sales targets
- Be accountable for achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Manage the team to achieve or exceed business targets
- Ensure premium brand values and customer experience consistency
- Share, implement, and sustain best commercial practices
- Adhere to all Company principles and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B direct sales, with at least 3 years in a Sales Management role, demonstrating successful Key Performance Indicators achievement
- Proven success in diverse and challenging sales roles
- Strong track record in managing and developing teams, with demonstrated leadership ability
- Marketing experience is a plus
