About the role
- Maintenance of accurate stock at 3PL DCs and subcontracting vendors
- Processing of stock declarations, transactions, and reconciliation
- Maintaining inventory accuracy at Third Party Warehouse and Vendor locations
- Reconciliation of inventory discrepancies between SAP and 3rd party warehouse
- Resolution of IDOC and EDI messaging failures
- Conducting Food Safety & Security practices
- Completion of product hold activities in adherence to food safety guidelines
- Ensuring 3PL compliance to inventory control standards
- On Time Reporting to the Business
- Participating in 3PL operational reviews
- Reporting of inventory control KPIs
- Demonstrated value creation through a Lean Enterprise Mindset
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant / related areas
- At least 1 year relevant and successful experience in Warehouse Operations/SAP Systems and Master Data/Inventory Control/Physical Logistics Operations
- Relevant operational experience beneficial in Customer Service or CFSC/Demand & Supply Planning/Transportation & Distribution
- Proactive self-starter with strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience with SAP
