- Ensure the effectiveness of manufacturing processes and product compliance
- Ensure production is completed within planned timelines and costs
- Identify and implement improvements to production processes
- Lead and motivate the production team
- Collaborate with other departments
- Monitor and analyze production performance indicators
- Promote technical and managerial development of staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Production Engineering, or Pharmacy with a specialization in Food
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management and/or Food (preferred)
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools
- Yellow Belt certification (preferred)
- Advanced English (preferred)
