About the role
- Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
- Monitor and improve DC and 3PL performance using agreed KPIs (service, cost, productivity).
- Ensure inventory accuracy, issuance accuracy, and control of warehouse damages.
- Ensure full compliance with Nestlé standards.
- Maintain storage conditions as per FG & RP specifications and QA requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / DMAIC methodologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Warehouse Management, Transportation, or Physical Logistics Operations.
- Experience in managing warehouse operations and 3PL service providers.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain / engineering / business.
