About the role
- Engage with customers across multiple communication channels, including voice, email, and chat, for both B2C and B2B interactions.
- Welcome customers and accurately identify their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Advise customers and prospective clients on our range of products and services to support informed decisions.
- Generate customer interest by highlighting the full scope of our product offerings and their benefits.
- Focus on first-contact resolution to improve the customer experience and streamline service delivery.
- Enhance customer satisfaction in every interaction, leaving a positive and lasting impression.
- Manage complaints effectively by addressing customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, using feedback to drive service improvements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer engagement services (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and work collaboratively as a team player
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and professionalism
