About the role
- Ensure data consistency at the market level and alignment of position titles with local grades.
- Translate OPP process results into mass update requests for HRBS.
- Act as the local representative for Organization Management and Mass Changes.
- Manage mass changes in SF-EC and off-cycle position management (create, update, deactivate positions).
- Monitor data quality, reconcile headcount, perform cross-system checks, and advise on PEA.
- Ensure cross-market consistency, align MDM-HR with governance, enhance rules, conduct DQ scoring/audits, and certify headcount.
- Initiation of changes and leading testing of SF/SAP installation-specific settings.
- Initiating and participating in projects standardization.
