About the role
- Ensure proper and consistent implementation of the NCE methodology in Manufacturing
- Lead the development and maintenance of the Plant's competitiveness strategy
- Ensure management and monitoring of improvement projects
- Inspire, engage and empower people
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related fields
- Languages: English fluency preferred for communication with the Head Office and with units in other markets
- Practical experience implementing TPM and/or Lean
- Experience leading a Specific Improvement Pillar in a plant, including objectives deployment and project management
- Experience leading a Goal Alignment pillar in a plant
- Practical experience with industrial performance routines
