About the role
- Collect, analyze, and interpret e-commerce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to senior management
- Assist in the development and execution of SEO and SEM strategies
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to enhance the online shopping experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Quick Commerce, InstaCart, DoorDash, UberEats, Shopify, Magento), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing software
