About the role

  • Grow the existing property portfolio for the French market by acquiring new properties and meeting or exceeding growth targets
  • Meet and or exceed the required new property conversion rate, which is sales leads provided versus sales leads converted
  • Attend all sales appointments booked by potential landlords
  • Manage a high volume of incoming emails and sales calls with timely and professional responses
  • Create accurate and competitive property estimate quotes that support successful acquisition
  • Ensure all service contracts are prepared professionally and sent to landlords timeously
  • Maintain accurate and updated information on CRM

Requirements

  • One to three years experience in direct sales, telesales or selling a service to a diverse client base
  • Fluent in French (spoken and written).
  • Advanced level of competency in English
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently without requiring close supervision
  • Strong customer relations skills, with effective listening and negotiation abilities
  • Positive attitude, resilience and ability to perform well under pressure
