About the role
- Grow the existing property portfolio for the French market by acquiring new properties and meeting or exceeding growth targets
- Meet and or exceed the required new property conversion rate, which is sales leads provided versus sales leads converted
- Attend all sales appointments booked by potential landlords
- Manage a high volume of incoming emails and sales calls with timely and professional responses
- Create accurate and competitive property estimate quotes that support successful acquisition
- Ensure all service contracts are prepared professionally and sent to landlords timeously
- Maintain accurate and updated information on CRM
Requirements
- One to three years experience in direct sales, telesales or selling a service to a diverse client base
- Fluent in French (spoken and written).
- Advanced level of competency in English
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently without requiring close supervision
- Strong customer relations skills, with effective listening and negotiation abilities
- Positive attitude, resilience and ability to perform well under pressure
