• Identify and prospect potential referral partners across multiple professional channels in the Dubai market
• Reach out through multiple channels and present the Nestify partnership programme
• Build and maintain strong relationships, moving partners from first contact to active referral status
• Handle objections and answer questions using provided scripts and materials
• Secure signed partnership agreements
• Log all activity and manage your pipeline in the CRM
• Coordinate the handoff of referred clients to the Nestify sales team

Business Development Executive – UAE Partnerships

Accountant

• Perform and review bank reconciliations across all entities (UK, France, Ireland, UAE)
• Support and execute month-end close processes and financial reporting preparation
• Reconcile booking income received against booking platform payouts
• Prepare and post journals, accruals, and adjustments
• Review and manage creditor and debtor balances
• Monitor and investigate variances and discrepancies
• Support VAT and tax-related reporting where required
• Maintain accurate landlord statements and financial records
• Respond to landlord and internal financial queries accurately and professionally
• Maintain strong financial controls and data integrity within Xero
• Provide guidance and quality control on work completed by junior finance team members where applicable

• Convert booked landlord appointments into signed contracts, on or above target
• Run the full cycle from first call to signature — discovery, value, objection, close
• Build trust that survives a phone-only relationship and turns landlords into referral sources
• Quote competitively, issue contracts cleanly, keep your pipeline honest in the CRM
