About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and prospect potential referral partners across multiple professional channels in the Dubai market
- Reach out through multiple channels and present the Nestify partnership programme
- Build and maintain strong relationships, moving partners from first contact to active referral status
- Handle objections and answer questions using provided scripts and materials
- Secure signed partnership agreements
- Log all activity and manage your pipeline in the CRM
- Coordinate the handoff of referred clients to the Nestify sales team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5/7 years of experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or account management
- Proven track record in outbound outreach and relationship building
- Highly organised and self-managed, with the ability to work independently and deliver results without daily supervision
- CRM experience and comfort with logging activity and managing a pipeline
- Fluent written and spoken English to a professional standard
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously
