About the role
- Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with Schools, universities, and educational institutions
- Relocation companies
- Corporates, HR departments, and mobility managers
- Training centers, corporations, and institutions placing staff or students
- Position our serviced apartments as the preferred accommodation solution for short and mid term stays
- Negotiate partnership agreements, preferred rates and volume based deals to maximise occupancy
- Maintain strong long term relationships to ensure repeat bookings and exclusivity where possible
- Work closely with operations and revenue teams to align availability, pricing and partner needs
- Track performance of partnerships including bookings generated, occupancy impact and revenue contribution
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions and partner meetings
Requirements
- Three to five years experience in the serviced apartment industry, corporate housing, relocation or hospitality partnerships
- Strong understanding of: Corporate housing & serviced apartment demand drivers
- Relocation and student accommodation needs
- Proven experience building partnerships that lead to measurable booking volume
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Commercial mindset with a clear focus on occupancy and revenue impact
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Self starter, structured and comfortable working autonomously.
