About the role

  • Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with Schools, universities, and educational institutions
  • Relocation companies
  • Corporates, HR departments, and mobility managers
  • Training centers, corporations, and institutions placing staff or students
  • Position our serviced apartments as the preferred accommodation solution for short and mid term stays
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, preferred rates and volume based deals to maximise occupancy
  • Maintain strong long term relationships to ensure repeat bookings and exclusivity where possible
  • Work closely with operations and revenue teams to align availability, pricing and partner needs
  • Track performance of partnerships including bookings generated, occupancy impact and revenue contribution
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions and partner meetings

Requirements

  • Three to five years experience in the serviced apartment industry, corporate housing, relocation or hospitality partnerships
  • Strong understanding of: Corporate housing & serviced apartment demand drivers
  • Relocation and student accommodation needs
  • Proven experience building partnerships that lead to measurable booking volume
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Commercial mindset with a clear focus on occupancy and revenue impact
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Self starter, structured and comfortable working autonomously.
