About the role
- Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Conduct market research to identify target audiences and their online behavior.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define digital marketing goals and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Implement and Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Optimize website structure, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and report website traffic, rankings, and other SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic to the website.
- Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) using social media management tools.
- Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and inquiries, and manage online reputation.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the impact of social media activities.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to develop and promote high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels.
- Optimize content for search engines and user experience.
- Utilize content distribution channels, such as guest blogging and influencer partnerships, to expand reach and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
