About the role

  • Work on Pega development and architecture projects
  • Lead large or complex Pega implementations
  • Collaborate with clients to develop roadmaps for digital solutions

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega Infinity/Constellation platform versions (8.x or above)
  • Deep knowledge of: Case Management, Pega Data Pages & Data Modeling, Integration Services (REST, SOAP, Connectors), UI/UX (Sections, Harnesses, Cosmos), Decisioning basics (if applicable), Performance tuning and troubleshooting experience
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification – Required
  • CSA and CSSA certifications (expected prerequisites)
  • 5+ years of hands-on Pega development and architecture
  • Experience leading large or complex Pega implementations
  • Experience with Pega Cloud or Pega Customer Service / BPM frameworks
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience testing applications in Banking domain.
