About the role
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruiters on developing and executing sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate for current and upcoming openings
- Attend recruitment strategy meetings to understand and develop an ideal candidate profile, the role’s impact on the business, career path, etc.
- In partnership with the DEI TA Manager, build diverse pipelines to ensure alignment with the DEI strategy and goals
- Leverage external partnerships and attract passive candidates to build future pipelines
Requirements
- Bachelors and 5+ years of related experience
- Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies via LinkedIN Recruiter, Entelo, Glassdoor etc.
- Experience with Boolean search strings and other internet recruiting techniques
- Solid experience in developing social media sourcing strategies
- Ability to reach out to different types of candidates and to engage with them
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
