About the role
- Develop and execute end-to-end integrated campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Present integrated campaign plans to other teams and leadership.
- Coordinate campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional advertising ensuring a seamless and cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Support Partner team coordinating messaging and campaigns for three major motions: marketing to partners, marketing through partners, and marketing with partners.
- Lead content creation initiatives, crafting engaging videos, insightful blog posts, compelling social media content, webinars, and other relevant materials tailored to resonate with our target audiences
- Build custom landing pages, webinars, and email campaigns
- Help maintain regular, efficient and effective follow-up procedures for your campaigns – identifying lead routing procedures, reviewing lead scoring effectiveness, and adherence to SLAs across Sales/SDRs.
- Meet regularly with our digital team to optimize our SEO, SEM, display, social, email and digital demand generation programs
- Effectively manage campaign budgets to improve return on investment, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently against top priorities
- Own campaign reporting and optimization, inclusive of defining KPIs, socializing performance with key stakeholders, and adapting campaign tactics to optimize delivery of marketing qualified leads and pipeline revenue
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing with an emphasis on demand generation or integrated campaigns, preferably in IT-focused B2B technology or SaaS
- Deep understanding of demand generation channels and content strategy, and how best to apply a multi-channel campaign strategy, including but not limited to ABM, paid media, email, webinar, and content syndication
- Expert in the B2B campaign measurement and goal setting with an understanding of what drives conversion/volume in each channel
- Experience marketing pay-go software and/or marketing towards IT professionals preferred
- Excellent budget and project management experience and demonstrable results with multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Experience with HubSpot, B2B marketing automation technology, and performance measurement analysis
- Strong understanding of how to enable SDR/BDR teams to amplify campaign impact
