About the role
- Become a key player in NEPSEN’s growth by contributing to the recruitment of the talent who will build tomorrow’s energy transition projects.
- You will be involved in the entire recruitment process, from identifying needs to onboarding candidates.
- Gather recruitment needs for our various activities and engineering offices in France.
- Write, revise & post job advertisements.
- Manage incoming applications.
- Source/headhunt candidates (APEC, France Travail, LinkedIn, and other environmental job boards).
- Conduct phone pre-screenings & reference checks.
- Conduct selection interviews.
- Maintain school–company relationships.
- Support and coach hiring managers.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a third-year Bachelor’s or Master’s (M2) degree in:
- · Human Resources
- · Business School
- · Occupational/Work Psychology
- Or equivalent training.
- Strong interest in recruitment and in technical environments or sectors related to the energy transition.
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and active listening.
- Autonomy and proactivity.
- Analytical mindset.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and job boards.
- Familiarity with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Interest in technical roles or the energy transition.
