About the role
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned business groups
- Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates using a variety of channels and tools
- Identify opportunities to build diverse candidate pipelines and strengthen NEPs employer brand
- Recommend and explore new recruiting channels, networks, and partnerships
- Post and manage job openings across job boards, social platforms, colleges, community organizations, and staffing partners
- Represent NEP at recruiting and networking events, sharing information about our teams, roles, and culture
- Conduct effective candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit
- Support offer creation, maintain the applicant tracking system, and produce recruiting reports as needed
- Help ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and hiring regulations
- Experience using social and digital recruiting tools and creative sourcing techniques
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining candidate pipelines and talent communities
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
