About the role
- - Manage LinkedIn ad campaigns end to end, including setup, budgeting, bidding, and optimization
- - Build and refine audience targeting strategies, including matched audiences from CRM data
- - Upload, segment, and maintain audience lists from Salesforce or similar platforms
- - Execute A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and campaign structures
- - Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics (CTR, CPL, conversions)
- - Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- - Develop clear and actionable performance reports for stakeholders
- - Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align campaign strategy and assets
- - Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency and ROI
- - Stay up to date with LinkedIn Ads updates, best practices, and industry trends
Requirements
- - 3+ years of experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- - Strong expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- - Experience working with CRM data (Salesforce or similar)
- - Solid understanding of targeting, bidding, and budget optimization
- - Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- - Experience running A/B tests and improving campaign performance
- - Ability to work independently in a remote, async environment
- - Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- - High attention to detail and organization
