About the role

  • Download and organize video (.mp4) and audio (.mp3) files from Google Drive
  • Upload and schedule podcast content through our social media distribution platform, **Ordinal**
  • Research and accurately tag podcast guests’ social media profiles in Ordinal
  • Upload and publish full-length podcast episodes to **Apple Podcasts**, **Spotify**, and **YouTube**
  • Use **Canva** to create engaging and professional thumbnails for each episode

Requirements

  • Familiarity or experience with **social media management** and digital content distribution
  • Bonus: Prior experience using **Notion** (preferred but not required)
  • **Strong attention to detail** and diligence with repetitive tasks
  • **Highly organized** and adaptable to client-specific processes
