About the role

  • Manage user access and troubleshoot issues across platforms like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, marketplace portals, and internal software.
  • Accurately handle data entry and generate, maintain, and distribute operational reports on tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate on creating and improving SOPs, automate workflows, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support cross-team communication and ensure smooth workflow integration.

Requirements

  • Minimum **3 years** of experience in technical and systems administration.
  • At least **3 years** of experience handling data entry, advanced Excel, and reporting with high accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience (**2+ years**) in process improvement, workflow automation, or SOP development.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
