Producer

• As a Producer supporting NEOWIZ’s global publishing portfolio, you will take ownership of coordinating externally developed game titles from production through launch and post-release support.
• You will serve as the primary publishing interface between external development partners and NEOWIZ’s internal teams, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed milestones, budgets, quality standards, and publishing objectives.
• This role requires a strong balance of production judgment, communication discipline, and operational ownership.
• Depending on the engagement model, you will operate either as part of the NEOWIZ team through an employment arrangement or as an independent production partner under a B2B services agreement, while maintaining a consistent level of accountability and outcome ownership.
