About the role
- Supports the Neovia global growth of $200M in new business year over year
- Improve prospecting activities, marketing campaigns, and better alignment between sales and marketing
- Provides sales and marketing efforts in support of the regional Sales teams
- Noise generation on social media using relevant mediums including LinkedIn
- New customer prospecting activities
- Supports and creates marketing campaigns
- Undertakes joint selling activities where necessary
- Undertakes and manages sales campaigns by industry vertical or region
- Supports and creates sales collateral for use in campaigns and selling activities
- Support CRM system maintenance and oversight along with strategic CRM enhancements initiatives
- Manages Salesforce inputs and pipeline for data accuracy
- Communicates clearly and professionally with all levels of the organization
- Performs data analysis regarding campaign success alongside detailed reports with other key data
- Must be flexible with working hours
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, sales support or customer service preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment
- Ability to prioritize work in line with department, territory and company goals
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple individuals (or teams) to reach a decision or goal
- Strong communication both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and personal organization skills
- Ability to write professional reports
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Capable of working with minimum supervision when required
