About the role

  • Supports the Neovia global growth of $200M in new business year over year
  • Improve prospecting activities, marketing campaigns, and better alignment between sales and marketing
  • Provides sales and marketing efforts in support of the regional Sales teams
  • Noise generation on social media using relevant mediums including LinkedIn
  • New customer prospecting activities
  • Supports and creates marketing campaigns
  • Undertakes joint selling activities where necessary
  • Undertakes and manages sales campaigns by industry vertical or region
  • Supports and creates sales collateral for use in campaigns and selling activities
  • Support CRM system maintenance and oversight along with strategic CRM enhancements initiatives
  • Manages Salesforce inputs and pipeline for data accuracy
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with all levels of the organization
  • Performs data analysis regarding campaign success alongside detailed reports with other key data
  • Must be flexible with working hours

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent
  • 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, sales support or customer service preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment
  • Ability to prioritize work in line with department, territory and company goals
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple individuals (or teams) to reach a decision or goal
  • Strong communication both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management and personal organization skills
  • Ability to write professional reports
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Capable of working with minimum supervision when required
