About the role

  • You’ll own and operate Neostella’s website and supporting digital platforms
  • Serve as the bridge between marketing strategy, content, design, and technical execution
  • Manage WordPress site using Gutenberg blocks and existing themes
  • Build and maintain pages for solutions, events, and campaigns
  • Ensure site performance, security, and reliability through WPEngine
  • Execute light custom development when needed, such as creating new blocks or enhancements
  • Support key digital marketing platforms—email marketing, analytics, SEO tooling, and event or demo experiences

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing websites and digital platforms end to end
  • Strong WordPress experience, particularly with Gutenberg blocks
  • Technical web development experience and familiarity with WPEngine
  • Working knowledge of SEO and Google tools (Tag Manager, Analytics, Search Console)
  • Comfort supporting marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot and event tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
