About the role
- Revenue growth: Set targets, build the plan, execute against them
- Positioning & ICP: Decide where we win (specialties, practice sizes, geography)
- Service packaging: Productize our offerings into clear, sellable packages
- Pipeline development: Build a repeatable engine (inbound, outbound, partnerships, referrals)
- Sales leadership: Lead discovery calls, present solutions, close retainers
- Client strategy: Own key relationships and ensure we deliver measurable ROI
- Delivery oversight: Direct the offshore team; ensure quality by establishing processes
Requirements
- 7+ years in digital marketing, with 3–5+ years in an agency environment
- Experience in healthcare, medical, or regulated services is strongly preferred
- You’ve owned revenue targets—not just campaign metrics
- Comfortable directing offshore teams (you manage strategy, establish SOP’s, they execute)
- You can lead C-level and practice-owner conversations
- US-based and authorized to work in the United States
