About the role

  • Revenue growth: Set targets, build the plan, execute against them
  • Positioning & ICP: Decide where we win (specialties, practice sizes, geography)
  • Service packaging: Productize our offerings into clear, sellable packages
  • Pipeline development: Build a repeatable engine (inbound, outbound, partnerships, referrals)
  • Sales leadership: Lead discovery calls, present solutions, close retainers
  • Client strategy: Own key relationships and ensure we deliver measurable ROI
  • Delivery oversight: Direct the offshore team; ensure quality by establishing processes

Requirements

  • 7+ years in digital marketing, with 3–5+ years in an agency environment
  • Experience in healthcare, medical, or regulated services is strongly preferred
  • You’ve owned revenue targets—not just campaign metrics
  • Comfortable directing offshore teams (you manage strategy, establish SOP’s, they execute)
  • You can lead C-level and practice-owner conversations
  • US-based and authorized to work in the United States
