About the role

  • You will be responsible for our operational HR area and will actively support hiring new team members.
  • Manage and continuously improve our HR processes in day-to-day operations
  • Maintain employee master data, contracts, vacation records, overtime, time tracking and absences
  • Prepare personnel-related documents for payroll in coordination with accounting or external partners
  • Create, optimize and publish job postings
  • Active sourcing via LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Proactively identify, approach and attract suitable candidates for open positions
  • Coordinate and schedule initial interviews with potential applicants
  • Support the entire recruiting process from posting to onboarding
  • Assist with onboarding, feedback, development and offboarding processes
  • Support performance and development discussions and assist managers with HR-related topics
  • Identify development potential in employees and help design appropriate development measures
  • Organize team events, employee benefits and other people-related topics
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on operational HR matters

Requirements

  • Professional experience in HR, personnel management, recruiting or People Operations
  • Experience in personnel administration and recruiting
  • A good sense for people, potential and team dynamics
  • Ability to support employees in their development and to recognize development potential early
  • Enjoy proactively approaching suitable candidates and driving recruiting independently
  • Experience in active sourcing, candidate communication and interview coordination
  • A structured, careful and independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and a professional demeanor
  • Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for actively shaping processes
  • Confident use of digital tools and ideally experience with HR or time tracking systems
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
