About the role

  • Independently create complete Amazon listings (images, A+ content, graphic modules)
  • Develop high-converting creatives primarily using AI tools (Freepik AI, Midjourney, Firefly, or comparable tools)
  • Build shop banners, product sections, and visuals for Shopify
  • Create ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other performance channels
  • Use 3D renderings, product information, and USPs from sourcing-team briefs
  • Post-process AI outputs in Photoshop and Canva
  • Produce multiple variants for optimization and A/B testing
  • Continuously develop your AI methods, tools, and workflows
  • Ensure a consistent, on-brand visual style

Requirements

  • Proven experience in AI-assisted image and creative production
  • Strong affinity for AI and a desire to continuously learn and test new tools
  • Experience in e-commerce (Amazon, Shopify) or performance marketing
  • Confident user of Canva and Photoshop
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style
  • Understanding of conversion psychology, product presentation, and sales-driven design
  • Ability to produce complete, ready-to-use visual packages from briefs
  • Basic understanding of good copywriting (e.g., text overlays, USPs, typography)
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
