About the role
- Act as a member of the SalesOps team, contributing to operational and analytical support for the commercial area
- Manage and keep account, customer and opportunity records in the CRM up to date
- Support the collection, validation and organization of information for the preparation of commercial proposals
- Monitor and support data consistency and integration between CRM and ERP systems
- Manage and update commercial contracts
- Support the resolution of issues related to billing, customer master data and the sales process flow
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes, systems and operational workflows
- Organize and prioritize recurring and ad hoc requests from the commercial area
- Assist and guide commercial users on the use of the CRM
- Analyze sales funnel data and related information
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
- Previous experience or background in commercial areas, sales operations or Sales Operations
- Experience providing support to internal clients
- Good written and verbal communication
- Collaborative mindset
- Analytical mindset with the ability to critically evaluate team processes
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
- Organized in delivering tasks
- Autonomy to carry out day-to-day activities
- Proactive attitude
- A plus: knowledge of CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 or HubSpot)
