About the role

  • Work within the SalesOps team, providing operational and strategic support to the commercial area;
  • Update and maintain account, customer and opportunity records in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and quality;
  • Support the collection, validation and structuring of information for commercial proposals in partnership with sales representatives;
  • Ensure correct integration and consistency of data between CRM and ERP systems;
  • Manage and update commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies;
  • Assist in resolving issues related to billing, customer records and sales workflows with the responsible teams;
  • Proactively identify and suggest improvements to commercial processes, workflows and systems;
  • Prioritize recurring and ad hoc requests, balancing deadlines and deliverables with autonomy and organization;
  • Respond to questions and guide commercial users on CRM usage and related processes;
  • Analyze opportunity data and funnel information to support the accuracy of metrics and generate insights.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel;
  • Experience providing service and support to internal customers (e.g., sales teams, Customer Success or pre-sales);
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Collaborative mindset;
  • Analytical mindset to critically evaluate team processes and the area as a whole;
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change;
  • Organized in managing deliverables;
  • Autonomy to carry out day-to-day activities;
  • Proactivity;
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 or HubSpot) is a plus;
  • Experience with ERP systems and integration flows between systems;
  • Familiarity with commercial processes in B2B or SaaS companies.
