About the role
- Serve as the reference for Product Operations Enablement, designing and maintaining practices that enable the scaling of the product ecosystem.
- Define and evolve workflows, rituals, standards and tools, connecting strategy, Discovery and Delivery.
- Support squads and leadership in objective-based management, promoting strategic alignment and clarity of priorities (Product OKRs).
- Define and maintain people-related processes for product teams, including hiring and performance evaluations.
- Ensure clarity of responsibilities and interfaces.
- Ensure onboarding of new product team members.
- Work closely with Product Analytics to define and monitor health, flow, discovery and performance metrics, generating actionable insights.
Requirements
- Experience in Product Operations or Product Management, working in complex environments
- Hands-on experience with Product OKRs, including definition, decomposition, tracking and use as an alignment and prioritization tool
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and product practices (Scrum, Kanban, discovery and continuous delivery)
- Experience structuring processes, standards and operating models for product teams
- Experience using Jira or similar tools for workflow management
- Analytical capability to work with indicators, metrics and performance data
- Strong communication skills to work across different levels (teams, specialists and leadership)
- Ability to facilitate, influence and lead strategic rituals
- Systems thinking, structured approach and impact orientation
- Collaborative profile, comfortable partnering with Governance and Product Analytics.
