About the role

  • Support hiring and onboarding processes, verify documents, and complete employee registrations
  • Assist in organizing and updating information in the payroll system
  • Develop practical knowledge of personnel/HR routines and labor legislation
  • Monitor employee movements and new hires in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Guide employees and candidates on basic documentation questions and onboarding processes
  • Assist with daily departmental tasks, with support from the team.
