About the role
- Support hiring and onboarding processes, verify documents, and complete employee registrations
- Assist in organizing and updating information in the payroll system
- Develop practical knowledge of personnel/HR routines and labor legislation
- Monitor employee movements and new hires in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team
- Guide employees and candidates on basic documentation questions and onboarding processes
- Assist with daily departmental tasks, with support from the team.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Organizational skills

- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Basic understanding of HR/personnel functions (a plus)
