About the role
- Provide level 1 customer support, ensuring excellent service and a focus on user satisfaction
- Handle support via tickets, chat, and phone using the company's internal tools
- Ensure SLA targets, response times, and CSAT goals are met
- Analyze errors, logs, and application parameters to identify and assist in problem resolution
- Collaborate with other teams when necessary to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Advanced/Intermediate English for communication with international customers and teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments
- Autonomy and proactivity
- Ability to work in a team and proactively solve problems
- Previous customer support experience in technology or SaaS companies
- Knowledge of Supply Chain (supply chain) is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL is a plus
