About the role
- Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational growth objectives
- Act as strategic advisor providing market insights and guiding selection processes for senior and specialised roles
- Lead sourcing, screening, and selection of top talent across multiple functions
- Leverage data and analytics to improve recruitment efficiency, quality of hire, and time-to-fill
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through market mapping and passive candidate engagement
- Champion the candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback
- Mentor recruitment team members and enhance hiring manager skills
- Monitor industry and competitor trends to inform hiring strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on senior-level recruitment
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies
- Deep understanding of the iGaming or tech industry and its respective talent landscape
- Strong expertise in sourcing and assessing candidates across various roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
