• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to expand NMG’s market share and presence across the East Coast
• Proactively drive new business development while cultivating and strengthening existing customer partnerships
• Accountability for a regional revenue target and ensuring achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Lead, manage, and mentor the regional sales team to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals
• Implement rigorous sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies using the CRM system
• Serve as the senior point of contact for high-value strategic accounts, negotiating complex contracts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
