About the role
- Own and structure Nelly’s existing and future partner ecosystem (integration partners, PMS providers, billing, IT, ecosystem players).
- Transform partnerships from ad-hoc collaborations into structured, commercially impactful relationships.
- Segment and prioritize partners, define clear value propositions, and implement activation plans with measurable KPIs.
- Drive partner-sourced qualified leads, partner-influenced pipeline, and revenue contribution in close collaboration with Sales.
- Build and execute joint go-to-market initiatives with Sales and Marketing to ensure consistent activation and conversion.
- Develop partner enablement materials and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to create repeatable impact.
- Establish transparent reporting, standardized onboarding, and scalable partner models with continuous ROI evaluation.
- Proactively identify, prioritize, negotiate, and close new strategic partnerships within the dental and medical ecosystem.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles
- Proven experience driving partner-sourced pipeline or revenue
- Experience working with integration or technology partners
- Commercial mindset with outcome ownership
- Strong plus: existing network in the dental or broader medical ecosystem (e.g., PMS providers, billing agencies, practice IT providers, medical associations)
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or AI-driven businesses
- Business-fluent German and English required
