About the role
- You actively acquire new partners: From identifying potential leads, through initial contact (including cold outreach), pitch & demo, to successful contract closing—you own the entire sales funnel.
- You advise medical institutions as an equal partner: You understand their challenges and collaborate with them to develop the right solution from our product portfolio.
- You lead confident negotiations: Whether practice owners, physicians, or administrative leaders—you convince various decision-makers with empathy, clarity, and negotiation skill.
- KPI-driven approach: You work data-driven, manage your funnel efficiently, and keep your targets and key metrics firmly in view.
Requirements
- Some experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or FinTech—or you convince us with your drive and hunger to learn.
- No fear of cold calling: You proactively reach out to people and view every conversation as an opportunity to create real value.
- Strong communication skills: You can explain complex issues clearly, empathetically, and convincingly—both in writing and verbally.
- Motivation, discipline, and resilience characterize you—you stay persistent even when things get challenging.
- Curiosity & structure: You ask targeted questions to truly understand your interlocutors' needs and work in a systematic way.
- Excellent German skills (C2) and solid English skills to collaborate successfully with our customers and colleagues.
