Chief Technology Officer

• Act as a Strategic Partner to the CTO: Work side-by-side with the CTO and Engineering leadership to support operational excellence, drive decision-making, and ensure strong execution across all technology-related initiatives.
• Drive High-Impact, Cross-Functional Tech Projects: Own and deliver critical engineering, platform, and tech-ops projects — from improving incident response processes to optimizing delivery pipelines or scaling internal systems.
• Enhance Data-Driven Technology Decisions: Prepare and refine technical and business performance analyses, engineering KPIs, resourcing models, and productivity insights to enable high-quality decisions at speed.
• Support Organizational Development in Engineering: Help shape team structures, rituals, org design improvements, onboarding programs, and knowledge-sharing processes to enable a world-class engineering organization.
• Shape Change, Culture & Talent Initiatives: Partner with the CTO, Engineering Managers, and People team to strengthen engineering culture, drive talent development efforts, and support hiring for critical roles.
